Shipping & Handling

We provide free shipping to all UK and EU orders. We ship all orders by courier and we aim to ship all orders between 1 and 3 working days after the order has been processed, though we cannot ensure this at times when post volumes are high and post offices may be closed such as time around bank holidays. If this is the case, you will be notified by email. All emails will come from and you will never be contacted by any other email regarding any orders placed through this website. Please note that no agreement for sales exists between Edward Mongzar and our customer until such a time as you receive confirmation for your order.  

If your order is required for a specific date, please allow enough time for this, you may also contact us via email stating your name and order number and we will do our best to ensure the order is processed and shipped accordingly.

Please also keep in mind that during holidays and other busy dates, the couriers we use may experience higher than average delivery requests and so the time it takes for your item to be delivered may vary slightly.

We aim to deliver all UK based orders within 3 working days of the shipping email, though we do ask that you allow a maximum of 14 days. We aim to deliver all Europe based orders within 5 working days, but once again, we do ask that you allow a maximum of 14 working days for your order to arrive. All UK and Europe based orders will be delivered to you using Royal Mail's Tracked service.

For international orders these times may vary according to shipping and handling procedures in your country of residence. Please also note that import tax, VAT and duties may have to be paid on your item once it arrives and is not liable to pay this. International orders outside of Europe will experience an extra flat rate delivery charge of £16 and will be delivered to you via DHL's Tracked service.

Returns & Exchanges


As per UK and EU consumer rights laws you have 14 days to provide us notice of a return via email at and a further 14 days to send the item back to us. Once we have received your email, we will send you the return address. It is not necessary but we would really appreciate if you could include the reason for your return in your email, so that we can learn from your feedback, this will not affect your statutory rights. 

If you are returning the item due to it being the wrong size, we are happy to exchange the item for you for the correct size provided we have it in stock, just let us know in your email. 

Please ensure that you return the item to us using a tracked postal service and ensure the product is as new, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. Please make sure the item is neatly packaged, in good condition and has all original tags and swing tags intact. If an item is returned in a state that is considered unsatisfactory by Edward Mongzar, then we will not be able to issue a refund and the item will be returned to you. 

Edward Mongzar uses a secure online payment system to process all payments so that we are never personally in possession of your personal financial details.

If you wish to exchange an item due to the piece not fitting correctly, we are happy to arrange for another size to be sent to you, provided we have this in stock. We would ask you email us to notify us of this and to return the size that doesn't fit and then we will send you the appropriate size as a replacement. 

If you would like to exchange for another piece, then we will refund you for the original item and would ask you to purchase the replacement piece as a new order.
